This is an 8-week physio-led training experience designed to help you find your people, build strength, confidence, consistency and show up together for the Mother’s Day Classic event.

• Structured 8 week run program

(21km focus with a supported 8km option)

• Run-specific strength training program (up to 3x per week)

• Weekly Q&A + accountability with a running physiotherapist

• In-person track + strength sessions
