Mother’s Day Classic is more than just a run. It’s an opportunity to train with purpose, challenge yourself, and be part of something bigger.

This 8-week Good Moves Club training experience is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency, so you can arrive at the start line feeling prepared, supported, and proud of the work you’ve put in.

Who this is for:

This experience is for you if:

  • You’re planning to run the Mother’s Day Classic (21km or 8km)

  • You want structure, accountability, and expert guidance

  • You train better with a group and love community energy

  • You want to feel stronger, more confident, and prepared on race day

The program is anchored to the 21km, with a supported 8km option for anyone not quite ready for the full distance.

This experience is designed as a coaching container.

The in-person sessions are optional. Whether you attend one or all, you’ll have full access to the programming and support.

What’s included:

🏃‍♀️ Training & Programming

  • 8-week structured running program
    (Beginner 10–21km pathway + Intermediate option)

  • Run-specific strength training (up to 3 sessions per week)

  • Programming designed to improve performance while minimising injury risk

🧠 Coaching & Support

  • Weekly group calls with a running physiotherapist

  • Accountability, education and confidence-building every week

  • Live group calls where you can

    • Ask questions

    • Manage niggles

    • Learn how to optimise recovery

    • Build race-day confidence

🤍 #1 BONUS: In‑Person Sessions (Melbourne)

  • Track sessions:
    • March 19
    • April 16
    • April 30

  • Group strength session – Richmond
    • March 22 (normally $50)

  • Group strength session – Templestowe
    • April 19 (normally $50)

  • Group long runs - Melbourne
    on Saturdays or Sundays (~every fortnight)

    (These are bonus in-person opportunities, not mandatory)

  • Do I need to be an experienced runner?
    Nope. Whether you’re returning to running or aiming for a race, we’ve got plans for all levels. You also do not have to be a runner, the program is so much more than just a running program, therefore you don’t have to use the running program to get a transformation.

  • It’s a hybrid model — most of your support is online, with in-person events & meetups available too.

  • There’s no 1:1 coaching, but the Q&As, voice notes, and community give you personal support weekly.

  • Not at all! There is so much value jam packed into the coaching program, online community and coaching calls that even without attending any in person events you will still make amazing progress and get insane value out of the program
